Her wings finally make me get back up and I walk over to her, not moving too fast to freak her out.
"I've only seen one other with wings... Someone else got to her before me though," I mutter, standing in front of her now, only leaving about a foot and a half gap between us.

My curiosity got the best of me and I reach my hand out, lightly touching some of the feathers with my fingertips.
"I think her name was Svene."

My mentor had told me female vampires had a natural amplifier if they needed it.

I lift my head, blinking at her.
Her hands against my lower back felt nice.
"So, we gonna do this here, or..?"
I personally wasn't a fan of risking being caught out in the open, but whatever worked.
I wasn't even sure if she could, but I assumed that she hadn't changed that extensively.
